Home CCTV Usage

Shipton Parish Council (SPC) has been asked to provide some guidance regarding the home use of CCTV. SPC is not responsible for setting policy regarding CCTV nor for policing its use – this is the responsibility of the UK Information Commissioners Office (ICO). However, we are happy to provide a summary of the ICO’s guidance, and there is a simple one-page document for this purpose below.
